Moving Forward: A Student Nurse’s Story is an expository documentary that focuses on the story of Ruby Eustace, a student nurse who decided to pursue a career in nursing after working as a nurse assistant in a care home during the pandemic. In this documentary, we also have Melanie Lewer, a nurse who is still working at the care home and used to be Ruby’s supervisor. This documentary is shot at Ruby’s parent's house.

This project focuses on how some of the music students have dealt with the difficulties of Covid-19 and I am showing this by interviewing them. I am asking them relevant questions about their future and how Covid-19 may have affected them and their plans.
